This is a very quick and easy recipe for smoothies. For different smoothie flavours just change the berries to blueberries or even peaches. if you would like a dairy-free version, you could use rice or soy milk. As long as you keep the berries frozen when you blend the smoothie, it will make a nice texture. I’ve seen recipes for smoothies with added sugar. With all the fruit in this, there is no need for sugar.
I love making this in the summer for breakfast. It is especially nice during a heatwave, when you want something light and cool. I usually exercise in the mornings and a smoothie post workout is so fulfilling. I usually end up drinking the whole recipe by myself.
