My butt has been dragging the past few months. I didn’t know what was wrong so I made a doctor’s appointment. After getting my blood tested, I discovered that my B12 levels are low. What does this means for me? I’m starting to take vitamin B12 orally everyday for a month now. I’m taking a multivitamin everyday, in case I’m missing other vitamins.
Low B12 levels cause fatigue, depression and poor memory. Deficiency in B12 causes mania and psychosis, fatigue, memory impairment, irritability, depression and personality changes.
B12 naturally found in different animal products like fish, meat, poultry, eggs, milk and other dairy. You can get B12 from different nutritional yeasts. Clams are amazingly high in B12 compared to other foods.
I’m finding the fog that I had has lifted. It’s easier to think. Sleep feels more restful and I’m feeling so much better. It’s amazing how your diet affects your health.
